Return Process

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or our online portal to provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all bottles and components are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print and attach the authorized return shipping label provided by our team to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
